La partita di Paintball Extreme si svolge in un campo recintato e dotato delle necessarie protezioni. Prima di iniziare a giocare la guida vi farà un Briefing, dove vi verranno spiegate le regole d'ingaggio e le possibili varianti, vi verrà consegnato il kit personale che consiste in un marker, le protezioni e 400 colpi.

Posso giocare tutti, l'attività non richiede particolari capacità fisiche.
Ci si fa male giocando a paintball? Se si seguono le indicazioni del nostro outdoor tutto fila liscio come l'olio.
I Marker tramite aria compressa sparano capsule di gelatina riempite di vernice colorata, all’impatto le capsule si rompono, colpendo l’avversario ma non provocano dolore, ma solo colore. Si raccomanda solo di non spararsi quando si è troppo vicini.

L'attività è garantita anche in caso di deboli precipitazioni anzi è più divertente! In caso di temporale l'attività verrà sospesa ed eventualmente riprogrammata.
