Thanks to a harmonic movement it is perfect for those who want to lose weight, maintain a good level of fitness or tone muscles. It’s a complete sport which trains all the important muscles by walking in a rhythmic way with poles and using the force of shoulders and arms.
The Center collaborates with the National School of Nordic walking, and has qualified instructors who will take you on wonderful walks to explore this fantastic activity.
