River Rescue
The Dimaro Watersports Association Center has been officially recognized by the Italian Federation of Swimming Rescue as the only federal center of high level water rescue.
Our experts combine theoretical lessons with excursions into the river to put in practice what learned at the Center. We boast courses of the highest level on river rescue and natural disaster rescue.
The techniques for swimming in whitewater, the equipment and methodology for performing rescues in whitewater, the use of rafts in emergency situations, first aid etc, are amongst the activities which the center teaches in courses for the general public and for private organizations such as the Civil Protection Authority and the Red Cross.
Courses are held by instructors with qualifications in FIN, F.I.RAFT, A.I.HYDRO and RESCUE. At the end of the courses, participant will get a certificate in Rescue3.
