You will be able to take photos and video footage, others the pilot will do for you.
The best judge for carrying out this activity with respect to one's state of health is only oneself: if a person has, for example, heart, joint or other problems, he/she will know for himself/herself whether this experience is feasible or whether to give up flying, the pilot cannot know!
